Overview
Welcome to TradeLink Hub (“Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Titan Application Development, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. The Hub is available at titanjobfinder.com and includes the central authentication portal, marketing pages, community forum, and bridges to dedicated trade marketplaces (such as hvac.titanjobfinder.com).
By accessing or using any part of the Hub or connected platforms, you agree to these policies. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These documents are intended to be readable — but they are also binding legal terms. When we say “you” or “User,” we mean any visitor, registered client, business, or forum member.
- Clients — homeowners or property managers who post jobs and hire trade professionals.
- Businesses — trade companies or sole proprietors who bid on jobs and perform work.
- Forum members — participants in community discussions (may overlap with Hub accounts via SSO).
Questions about these policies? Contact support@titanjobfinder.com or use our Support page. For formal legal notices, see Legal Contact below.
Terms of Service
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or enter contracts through the platform. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to bind yourself or your business.
2. Your Account
Hub accounts are created and managed at titanjobfinder.com/auth. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email, phone, or identity verification before enabling certain features.
One person or business entity should not maintain multiple accounts to evade restrictions, manipulate reviews, or abuse bidding systems. We may merge or suspend duplicate accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, bids, profiles, or reviews.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
- Upload malware, scrape data without permission, or attempt to bypass security.
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial outreach unrelated to legitimate trade work.
- Impersonate TradeLink staff, another user, or a business you do not represent.
- Circumvent fees, coin systems, or marketplace rules through off-platform arrangements designed to avoid platform accountability.
4. Client Responsibilities
When posting jobs, provide accurate scope, location, and access details needed for a fair bid. Do not solicit work that requires unlicensed activity where licensing is legally required. You are responsible for safe access to job sites and for decisions you make when hiring a business. Clients have the absolute right to accept any bid they choose, and are never forced or obligated to pick the lowest bidder.
5. Business Responsibilities
Businesses must maintain accurate company information, licenses where applicable, service areas, and insurance status as represented on their profile. Bids should reflect genuine intent to perform work at stated terms. Completed work should meet agreed scope and applicable codes. Businesses must not solicit off-platform payment in ways that undermine dispute records or consumer protection. Being listed on the platform is provided as free local advertising for businesses, and direct searching or messaging initiated by clients without the token bidding mechanic does not incur costs.
6. Payments & Coins
Where the platform uses virtual coins, credits, or in-app purchase mechanics for bidding or features, those balances are digital utility tokens used solely to bid on the Platform. Coins have no monetary or cash value outside the platform rules we publish, do not earn interest, and do not constitute personal property of the user.
All token purchases made via our third-party payment gateway (Stripe) are strictly final and non-refundable. Unused or refunded coins cannot be exchanged or redeemed for real-world currency under any circumstances. The Platform reserves the absolute right to manage, regulate, or modify coin economics at any time. If your account is terminated or suspended for policy violations, or if you initiate an unauthorized credit card chargeback with your financial institution or payment processor, all accumulated, purchased, and pending coins in your account balance are immediately and permanently forfeited without liability or recourse.
Direct payment between clients and businesses for actual trade work is governed solely by your private agreement with each other — the Hub does not process, touch, or handle these direct commercial payments, and is not a bank, intermediary, or escrow service.
7. Reviews & Feedback
Reviews should describe real experiences on completed jobs. The platform utilizes a strict closed-loop rating and review ecosystem; only clients and businesses who have actively matched and completed a documented transaction together on the platform are permitted to review one another. We may remove reviews that are demonstrably false, incentivized, retaliatory, or primarily about matters outside the platform’s job record. Ratings and reviews are solely the opinions of other users and do not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee by the Platform.
8. Third-Party Services
We integrate with services such as Google Sign-In and Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; we do not control third-party content.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. This section describes personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
- Account data — name, email address, phone number, password hash, role (client/business), verification status, and profile details you choose to provide.
- Business profile data — company name, address, service area, license numbers, specialties, photos, and descriptions.
- Job & transaction data — job posts, bids, messages, photos, completion records, reviews, and satisfaction outcomes.
- Forum data — posts, usernames, and preferences when you use the community forum via Hub SSO.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, log timestamps, and cookies needed for authentication and security.
- Communications — support requests, abuse reports, and correspondence with our team.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Hub and connected trade platforms.
- Authenticate users, enable SSO between Hub, forum, and marketplaces.
- Facilitate job matching, messaging, reviews, and trust & safety investigations.
- Send transactional messages (verification codes, security alerts, job updates).
- Detect fraud, abuse, spam, and violations of these policies.
- Comply with law, respond to legal process, and enforce our rights.
- Analyze aggregated usage to improve product design (not to sell personal profiles to data brokers).
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information or profiling data to third-party data brokers. We may share data:
- Between platform components — so your Hub identity works on HVAC and forum surfaces.
- With other users — as needed for marketplace function (e.g., business profiles visible to clients, job details visible to bidders).
- With service providers — hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, and security vendors under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect users, the public, or our rights.
- In business transfers — if we merge, acquire, or sell assets, with notice where required.
Data Retention
We retain account and job records as long as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain platform integrity. You may request deletion of your account subject to limitations (e.g., records we must keep for fraud prevention or legal compliance).
Security
We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS, HttpOnly session cookies, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use strong passwords and report suspected breaches promptly.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data and we will take appropriate steps.
Your Choices
- Update profile and contact information in account settings or via Hub auth.
- Opt out of non-essential marketing emails using unsubscribe links when provided.
- Manage cookies through browser settings (essential session cookies may be required to stay signed in).
- Request access, correction, or deletion via support@titanjobfinder.com.
Payment Processing Security
All financial transactions for purchasing Coins are handled securely by our third-party payment gateway processor (Stripe). The Platform does not view, store, or retain your raw credit card numbers, CVVs, or primary financial account credentials within our databases. We are not liable for any breaches, financial losses, or errors occurring on third-party payment gateway servers.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide a mobile number during registration, login, or password reset, we send one-time verification codes (OTP) by SMS to confirm your identity. These are transactional messages sent only in response to actions you initiate.
- Consent — by entering your phone number and submitting the form, you agree to receive SMS verification codes from TradeLink Hub.
- Opt out — reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, START to opt back in, or HELP for assistance. You may also email support@titanjobfinder.com. Opting out of verification texts may prevent you from completing security verification or accessing sign-in.
- No sharing — we do not sell or share mobile opt-in data, consent logs, or phone numbers collected for SMS with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
California & Other Regional Rights
Residents of certain states or countries may have additional rights regarding personal data (access, deletion, portability, objection). We will honor applicable legal requests after verifying your identity. We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
Marketplace & Job Disclaimers
TradeLink Hub and its trade platforms are marketplace facilitators. We provide tools to discover, communicate, document, and review trade work — we are not the employer of businesses and we are not a party to your service contract unless we explicitly state otherwise.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We do not guarantee that a job will receive bids, that work will be completed satisfactorily, or that any user is licensed, insured, or suitable for your project. You are responsible for vetting businesses, verifying credentials, and complying with local permit and code requirements.
On-Site Work & Safety
Trade work carries inherent risks. Emergency hazards require immediate contact with emergency services. Platform support is not a substitute for professional inspection, engineering judgment, or legal advice about contracts.
Platform Role — Neutral Facilitator Only
TradeLink Hub and its connected trade platforms are marketplace facilitators and neutral intermediaries only. We provide tools to discover, communicate, document, and review trade work. We are not the employer of any business, we are not a party to your service contract, and we do not control, direct, or supervise the manner in which any business performs work.
We do not guarantee:
- That any business is licensed, insured, bonded, or competent
- That work will be performed safely, correctly, or on time
- That any particular outcome will occur
You are solely responsible for vetting businesses, verifying credentials and insurance, and making your own hiring decisions. The platform's verification tools (such as state business filing checks) and user rating systems are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement or warranty of any kind.
Disputes Between Users
We encourage users to resolve disagreements through platform messaging, documented job records, and good-faith negotiation first. We may review reports and take account action for policy violations, but we are not obligated to mediate every private contractual dispute.
Contextual Risk Acknowledgments
To ensure users are repeatedly and conspicuously informed of risks at critical decision points, the platform may display mandatory risk acknowledgments when:
- A client accepts a bid on any job (especially RideShare / transportation jobs)
- A business marks a job as started
- Other high-risk actions as determined by the platform
These acknowledgments require affirmative acceptance before the user can proceed. By clicking “Continue,” “I Agree,” or equivalent, or by proceeding after being shown the acknowledgment, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms displayed, including any waivers of liability and assumptions of risk.
The platform maintains detailed, timestamped records of these acknowledgments, including the exact text shown, the version of the language, your IP address, device information, and the date/time of acceptance. These records may be used in any dispute resolution process.
Continued use of the platform after seeing these acknowledgments constitutes ongoing acceptance of the associated risks and waivers.
Forum & Community Content
The TradeLink community forum hosts discussions, guides, and peer support. Forum posts are public or semi-public depending on section permissions — do not post information you would not want visible to the community.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content to operate the forum and promote community knowledge (e.g., quoting a helpful guide). You represent that you have rights to content you upload.
Moderation
We and designated moderators may remove content, edit titles, move threads, or restrict accounts that violate forum rules, these policies, or applicable law. Moderation decisions are made in good faith but are not subject to a public appeals court process — contact support with context if you believe a mistake occurred.
Prohibited Forum Content
- Spam, phishing, malware links, or referral scams.
- Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or sustained personal attacks.
- Posting others’ private information without consent (addresses, gate codes, unpublished job photos).
- Impersonation of staff, businesses, or other members.
- Illegal content or instructions to harm people or systems.
Report forum abuse via the forum moderation tools or Support.
Intellectual Property
The Hub name, logos, site design, software, and original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Titan Application Development, LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform code or branding without written permission. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing of public pages is permitted.
Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe material on our services infringes your copyright, send a notice to our legal contact (below) with: identification of the work, identification of the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@titanjobfinder.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR THE SOFTWARE PLATFORM THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED INFORMALLY SHALL BE SETTLED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONSUMER OR COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES (AS APPLICABLE). THE ARBITRATION SHALL TAKE PLACE IN LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, OR VIRTUALLY BY MUTUAL AGREEMENT. VIRTUAL HEARINGS VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE SHALL BE THE DEFAULT METHOD AS PERMITTED BY AAA RULES.

Except for matters subject to binding arbitration as outlined above, you explicitly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal court proceedings shall reside solely in the state and federal courts located in or serving Lake County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND TITAN APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT, LLC AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON’S CLAIMS UNLESS EXPLICITLY PERMITTED UNDER AAA MASS ARBITRATION PROCEDURES.
